Our approach to coaching is driven by an individual’s coaching question and personal development objectives. In our coaching sessions, we explore the dance between these three realms and how they influence the behavior patterns you are seeking to change.
During a coaching session, you become more aware of the underlying beliefs and mind traps which may be triggering unhelpful behaviors and gain access to other perspectives and possibilities. In turn, we facilitate you in identifying concrete actions that will support you in dealing with your challenges with greater resourcefulness.
The outcomes of coaching vary given your objectives. The approach is practical, driven by your specific needs and capitalizing on your innate capacities and potential. Outcomes include deepening self-awareness (physical, mental and emotional); enhancing your capacity for mental flexibility; improving relationships with others; stress management and self-regulation, just to name a few.
