Robin van Raaij
Robin is an experienced (interim) manager who has held executive level positions in both commercial and public sectors. In 2018, he shifted his focus from interim management to supporting people to address their leadership / personal development challenges.. He is currently active as a coach, facilitator, (category-1) mindfulness trainer and Zen-meditation teacher, affiliated with Zen.nl.
Throughout his career he has worked in large to small, non for profit and for-profit organizations to support personal and organizational change. In 2013 he joined The Kairos Project, a group of internationally operating coaches working in both the 3rd-sector (NGO's) and the public/private sector. He has extensive experience in coaching individuals of all walks of live, at executive as well as at starters level from a wide variety of, countries and cultures.
His interest in meditation and yoga practices started at the age of 16 when he received Zen-training from a Jesuit priest. Later he followed the path of Raja yoga where he received lessons on eastern philosophy, meditation and yoga practices. Trained as an Ontological coach, Zen-meditation and Mindfulness trainer, integrating mind and body awareness / practices are at the core of his approach. He works with people from all walks of life.
Robin is sharp, no nonsense, and straightforward. In his approach as a trainer and coach, he finds it paramount that a person takes responsibility for their own development, recognizing that this can be a challenge. He is a compassionate and deeply committed coach who challenges you.
