This resilience training will help you get more familiar with your unhelpful habits and enable you to have greater influence and control over how you relate to the challenges of life. As a result, you can expect a greater sense of balance, fulfillment, and effectiveness.
What is the approach?
Resilience, in a nutshell, is the ability to continue and adapt when life gets challenging, a little or a lot. Resilience is an innate ability we can consciously develop and that helps us stay mentally and physically strong and balanced amidst life's ups and downs. Resilience is made up of four key-capacities: Self-awareness, Mental flexibility, Self-regulation and Interconnectedness, defined below.
The ability to recognize and pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, and physiological reactions.
The ability to look at situations from multiple perspectives and to think creatively and flexibly under pressure.
The ability to manage your reactivity to a challenging or threatening situation and choose a supportive response.
The ability to seek support from others, set healthy boundaries, and make choices that are beneficial to you and the other(s).
During the training we will zoom in on each of these capacities. Our approach is both practical and experiential. Each part of the training consists of theory, practices and exercises so that you better understand the effects of stress on your body, brain and behaviors. You will benefit fully from this training when engaging in the homework and practices assigned in between sessions. They will help you more easiily to integrate what you learn into your daily live.
What can you expect?
You'll walk away from the training having sharpened four key resiliency capacities. During this online Resilience training you can expect to learn the following:
Understand stress more deeply and how it impacts you
Discover new ways to cope with challenges and what is more and less supportive
How your thoughts cause stress

Practices that help you return to a place of greater inner balance and make healthier choices in the midst of mounting pressure
And much, much more…
The training setup
The training welcomes a maximum of 25 participants and will start when there are sufficient registrations.
After registering, each participant has a 30-minute intake session with one of the trainers to check if this training is a good fit, to get to know each other and answer questions.
The training consists of eight 90-minute sessions. Seven sessions, each covering a separate module, scheduled in consecutive weeks. The eighth session takes place two months after the last session to help sustain the participant's momentum in implementing what they have learned into their daily life and to address related questions.
We encourage participants to combine the training with at least 2 coaching sessions which we offer at a discounted rate. Coaching enables you to address your personal situation in more depth than what is possible in a group setting and can speed up you’re learning.

“I would not hesitate to do it again.... It made me reconsider my way of dealing with stressful situations and I'm proud to say that I improved a lot. Kim and Robin teach you to reflect on your own behavior and even though it is confronting at times; it really helps you move forward.”. - Nikki Huntjens, HR-director.
“The organizational group approach is really unique and worthwhile. It helps you to get to know your colleagues more and helps you to feel less isolated and 'stuck' about situations or ways of handling them.” - Kathryn Geels, Program Director
“If you have ever been stressed about something, follow this training. Meaning: there is something in here for everybody and everything, as small as they may be, will help you move forward.” - Lucas Daniels, Platforms and Community Lead, Data Protection Officer
